Sometimes, your baby simply chooses to hide with their hands, feet, or by turning away even when pregnancy conditions are normal. In these situations, we want to ensure you can fully experience this unique moment.

That’s why we offer a second session at no additional cost, giving you another opportunity to capture beautiful images and create lasting memories.

Because these images go far beyond simple photos, they capture your very first memories with your baby, precious unique moments that you will treasure for a lifetime.

No Images, No Charge!

In rare situations beyond our control (less than 10% of cases), certain factors may limit image quality, such as:

• Very low amniotic fluid

• a placenta touching the face

• Mother is significantly overweight

Note: Even if one or more of these factors are present, it is often possible to obtain beautiful images, especially when there is sufficient amniotic fluid (the primary factor for capturing quality images).

If, according to the professional assessment of our technician, less than 25% of the face is visible, the images are considered unsatisfactory.
